Abstract

Today's digital environment has transformed the way young people interact and perceive reality. The excessive use of social networks, the phenomenon of “doomscrolling” and information overload have increased anxiety levels in 60% of post-pandemic youth, this scenario suggests that college students are particularly exposed to these stressors, which could influence their academic performance and overall well-being.
