Abstract

The relevance of the diagnosis of POSA is that positional therapy can be an adjunct to positive pressure (PP) in moderate and severe OSA, and may even be the only approach in a few mild OSA situations. Several treatment options have been approved for OSA, although the use of positive airway pressure prevai.
