An Adult woman with COVID-19-associated vasculitis

Abstract
Image of vasculitis lesions in a 59-year-old woman with a 4-week history of violaceous, necrotic lesions on the face, extremities, and abdomen. A month earlier he had presented COVID-19. Serology for autoimmune diseases were negative, cryoglobulin and cryofibrinogen (negative), HIV serology, toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovirus, herpes (negative). Serology for SARS-COV-2 IgM-IgG (positive). Skin biopsy: leukocytoclasia vasculitis.
